HR 101 – this one-day workshop overviews the essential functions for Human Resource Management in any business. It can be adapted for creation or review of an HR function or for general managers in small companies who share the HR functions.
    Participants will:
    • Understand how the people impact the business
    • Learn the basics about planning, staffing, total compensation (pay & benefits), employee relations, development and training, and health and safety
    • Get a brief overview of some relevant legal issues
    • Take away some sample forms and policies
